Ray can’t stand this person. This person is everything Ray is against, and part of the reason why is because this person used to bully and tease Ray when they were younger. This person used to make fun of the fact that Ray was adopted. There are times when Ray doesn't feel like he has a family. Like when his adoptive parents don't feel like his parents, or when Ben doesn't feel like his brother. However, the one person that has always felt like family, a big sister, to him is Jynx. He has always felt that she was the one person that truly understood where he was coming from and how he felt. Personality: Ray depends only on Ray. He’s very independent and feels he needs no body’s help, which is probably one of his biggest faults. He’s smart and intelligent. Growing up his philosophy was that he had to study hard in order to get out, and to this day he still believes in it. His studies kept him from socializing with friends when he was younger, but slowly he’s been coming out of his little whole. His friends are very special to him. He’ll do anything for them, and they know they can depend on him wholeheartedly. He currently deals with trust issues. You lose his trust and it might take years before you gain it back. First impressions are probably not the best way to judge him. He’s a mystery, but once you get to know him, you’ll see that he’s a very loving, caring, and honest type of guy who likes to have fun. Sometimes, if you catch him on a good day, he might even do something crazy and spontaneous. And be honest with him and he'll do the same to you. History: A lot of the issues Ray struggles with is due to the fact that he was adobpted. Both of his adobtive parents are muggles, so it was a surprise to them when they found out Ray was a wizzard. And the funny thing is, is that Alice and David had a child (Benjamin) and he turned out to be a wizzard, too. But if you ask Ray about his biological parents he wouldn’t be able to tell you. He was just a baby when he was put into the system. However, he has no problem talking about being adopted.

As a kid, Ray only had one close friend, and her name was Chelsea Weasley. They did everything together from playing dress up, which Ray denies ever happened, to sleep overs. Ten or eleven years later they’re still best friends. If you ask them how they met, neither one of them would be able to tell you. All they’d say is, “It just happened.” He knows all her secrets and he likes to think he knows all hers. Sometimes he wonders if there's stuff she's holding back.
